The Staff Engineer will lead a cross-functional agile team to develop and maintain digital products, mentor engineers, and ensure quality while fostering collaboration. Responsibilities include designing systems, improving code quality, driving innovation, and providing feedback across teams.

Lead design and build of developer experience and engineering enablement tooling, embedding AI (LLMs, RAG, MCP) into SDLC. Create internal automation, CI/CD, observability, and self-service workflows; provide technical leadership and mentor engineers while integrating tools across GitLab/GitHub/Slack and Kubernetes.

The DevSecOps will implement and maintain a DevSecOps framework, integrating security into development and operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
