Lead design and evolution of scalable data infrastructure and ETL (batch/streaming). Own technical roadmap, governance, security, data modeling standards, mentorship, and cross-functional delivery to production data products.

Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery for digital financial products. Partner with technology, design, business teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to launch, scale, and optimize products. Use data to guide decisions, manage backlogs, mentor junior product managers, and experiment with AI to improve workflows and business outcomes.

The Staff Engineer will lead a cross-functional agile team to develop and maintain digital products, mentor engineers, and ensure quality while fostering collaboration. Responsibilities include designing systems, improving code quality, driving innovation, and providing feedback across teams.
