Lead and mentor the tax team while providing corporate tax advisory on reorganisations, M&A, demergers and valuations. Manage HNW personal tax compliance, HMRC enquiries, client correspondence, budgets, training, and ensure tax work meets deadlines and quality standards.

Lead and execute external audits, plan engagements, manage onsite teams, build client relationships, and coach trainees/semi-seniors. Deliver high-quality audits across varied clients, including owner-managed businesses, and use technology to improve audit delivery.

Provide client-focused accounting and tax advisory, prepare year-end financial statements, calculate corporation and personal tax liabilities, offer tax planning, streamline accounting processes, collaborate with managers, and lead and develop accounts trainees.
