Lead and execute external audits, plan engagements, manage onsite teams, build client relationships, and coach trainees/semi-seniors. Deliver high-quality audits across varied clients, including owner-managed businesses, and use technology to improve audit delivery.

Support the audit team across end-to-end external audits from planning to review, build client relationships, assist seniors and managers, and pursue ACCA/ACA qualifications while learning and delivering high-quality audit work.

Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients (HNW individuals, owner-managers, non-doms), provide tax planning (income, CGT, IHT, residence/domicile, trusts), handle HMRC enquiries, oversee personal tax compliance and self-assessment operations, and lead, train, and develop the tax team while collaborating with audit colleagues.
