Inside Sales Representative engages with phone and walk-in customers to build relationships, recommend metal roofing and construction products, ensure order and delivery accuracy, secure payment, coordinate with yard and manufacturing staff, and maintain required software proficiency. Performs related duties to support sales operations and customer service.

Sell and support metal roofing products to contractors and builders. Build relationships, prepare quotes and bids, coordinate orders and deliveries, work with estimating/design/operations, maintain CRM records, attend trade events, and provide technical product guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Engage phone and walk-in customers to drive sales by identifying needs, recommending products, ensuring order and delivery accuracy, processing payments, and coordinating with yard and manufacturing teams. Maintain product and software knowledge for the metal roofing/construction industry and provide excellent customer service.
