Develop and maintain customer relationships, prospect new business, meet sales goals, conduct customer and jobsite visits, prepare proposals, assist with product selection and technical info, manage territory and travel, maintain CRM records, and promote company products.

Engage phone and walk-in customers to drive sales by identifying needs, recommending products, ensuring order and delivery accuracy, processing payments, and coordinating with yard and manufacturing teams. Maintain product and software knowledge for the metal roofing/construction industry and provide excellent customer service.
