Manage a book of client accounts post-sale, handling onboarding, regular check-ins, renewals, and upsells to reduce churn. Serve as clients' primary contact, proactively identify at-risk accounts, coordinate delivery, and drive retention and growth.

Create and post short-form video (reels/TikToks) and static content for clients, write hooks and captions, follow trends, track reach/engagement/follower growth, and iterate based on performance.
