Drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the business. Build financial models and dashboards, partner with operations and commercial leaders, produce monthly results and variance analyses, lead FP&A team, support strategic initiatives, capital investment analysis, and improve planning and reporting processes using automation and AI-enabled tools.

Support the Controller in SEC- and GAAP-compliant financial reporting, account reconciliations, SOX/internal control maintenance, audit support, month-end close, technical accounting research, and preparation of board and lender materials. Supervise, mentor, and develop the reporting team while improving processes and ensuring accurate consolidation and disclosures.
