Design, develop, and productionize LLM and multimodal AI solutions (RAG, agents). Lead internal AI enablement through training, playbooks, office hours, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure responsible, scalable AI adoption.

Develops and maintains integrated program schedules from proposal through delivery, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, materials, and multiple production sites. Monitors milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and schedule variances; drives corrective actions and documents scalable planning processes. The role also supports S&OP, inter-factory logistics, capacity and inventory planning, reporting tools, process improvements, and cross-functional on-time delivery initiatives.

Leads resolution of complex reliability issues across an additive manufacturing machine fleet. Owns issue intake, triage, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, validation, and closure. Coordinates cross-functional engineering teams, uses machine and production data to identify systemic failures, informs future product requirements, and communicates risks and recommendations to technical and business leaders. The role also develops reliability processes, standards, metrics, and technical-debt reduction mechanisms.
