Source and build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, track metrics in ATS, and partner with hiring managers to meet changing production needs and improve recruiting processes.

Design, build, commission, and operate propulsion test stands including mechanical structures, high-pressure fluid systems, instrumentation, DAQ, and controls. Lead assembly, shakedown, and engine test campaigns, ensure safety and test readiness, generate high-fidelity data, partner with Performance Engineering for analysis and root-cause, and continuously improve and automate test operations to increase throughput and reliability.

The CNC Machining Specialist develops and executes precision machining strategies, focusing on CNC turning operations and supports production across various manufacturing systems, ensuring high-quality standards and continuous improvements.
