Sets up and operates advanced multi-axis CNC equipment to produce precision components. Interprets engineering drawings and GD&T, troubleshoots machining issues, and develops tooling, programming, fixturing, and work-offset strategies. Collaborates with engineering and design teams to improve manufacturability, inspects components, maintains process documentation, and follows EHS requirements. An on-site skills demonstration is required.

Leads setup, operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of advanced 3-axis, 3+2, and 5-axis CNC machining operations. Develops tooling, fixturing, programming, and work-offset strategies for precision components across automotive, aerospace, and other demanding applications. Ensures quality, documentation, safety, and process repeatability while partnering with engineering teams, driving continuous improvement, supporting hybrid manufacturing workflows, and mentoring machinists and technicians.

Develops and maintains complex manufacturing SOPs, work instructions, process specifications, troubleshooting guides, equipment documentation, and technical training materials. Translates complex manufacturing knowledge into clear, standardized content; observes floor operations; supports equipment and process introductions; improves documentation systems; and develops qualification content for the Advanced Manufacturing Academy. Partners with engineering, quality, operations, and technical experts while leading documentation projects and mentoring contributors.
