Own post-sale technical programs for enterprise accounts, driving implementations from kickoff through production, translating customer needs into engineering deliverables, and coordinating engineering, product, support, and field teams. Manage risks, dependencies, incidents, escalations, executive reviews, renewals, retention, and expansion signals. Serve as the primary internal accountability point and trusted advisor to customer technical and executive stakeholders while helping improve Ditto’s engagement playbook.

Design and own Ditto’s networking and transport stack for mesh systems, including routing, connectivity, protocols, and edge platforms. Re-architect networking components for scalability and performance, debug reliability and synchronization issues, optimize concurrency and resource usage, and develop resilient protocol abstractions for unreliable networks. Establish observability for production diagnostics while collaborating in a distributed team.

Provide advanced technical support for enterprise customers using Ditto’s SDK and Cloud products. Reproduce, debug, and escalate complex issues; coordinate production incident response and root-cause analyses; guide developers; build support automation and self-service tools; and communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and serve as a trusted technical advisor to high-profile customers.
