Ditto Benefits Overview

Own product strategy and roadmap for SaaS, BYOC, and self‑managed deployments. Engage enterprise customers and GTM teams to define deployment requirements, prioritize the backlog, and partner with engineering, security, and sales to improve deployment experience, reliability, and operational scalability across AWS/Azure/GCP including government clouds.

Lead observability, incident management, and reliability for Ditto's edge-to-cloud infrastructure. Build monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog), define SLOs, automate recovery and tooling, author runbooks, collaborate with product teams, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure scalable, enterprise-grade system resilience.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain Ditto's React Native SDK, ensuring ease of use for developers, debugging across platforms, and collaborating with other SDK teams.
