Own Ditto’s ambassador program and campus growth operations across 733 college campuses. Recruit, train, support, and manage distributed student ambassadors; create repeatable launch playbooks; oversee campus campaigns, supplies, budgets, and reporting; gather student feedback; coordinate with marketing, product, matching, and support teams; and hire the community organization as it scales.

Lead product strategy and development for Ditto’s agentic dating platform. Own product vision, 0-to-1 feature development, AI agent behavior, experimentation, metrics, user research, and rapid iteration. Partner closely with founders, engineering, and AI teams to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped products, improve retention and engagement, and drive real-world dating outcomes.

Lead and execute nationwide yacht parties for college students, coordinating logistics, promoting events, and ensuring memorable experiences.
