Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting across a multi-entity organization. Serve as primary tax authority, coordinate with external advisors, oversee partnership and indirect tax compliance, maintain filing calendar, handle information reporting (1099/1042), support international tax matters, liaise with government authorities, and improve tax processes and controls.

Own end-to-end member growth across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and referrals. Build and prioritize a growth backlog, establish measurement frameworks, run data-driven experiments, and communicate trade-offs to executives. Partner with product, marketing, data, engineering, and design teams to create organic and viral growth loops, use AI tools to accelerate delivery, and improve growth outcomes for a scaled consumer software product.
