Designs and delivers custom electrical, controls, and multidisciplinary equipment solutions from customer requirements through procurement, fabrication, testing, and delivery. Coordinates with sales, operations, purchasing, vendors, fabricators, and customers; develops layouts, schematics, specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation; selects components; manages schedules and design changes; supports troubleshooting, factory acceptance testing, commissioning, and field startup.

Manage customer and vendor interactions for drilling and production accounts, process sales orders from creation through delivery, prepare work orders and invoices, and maintain records. Provide technical product support, assist sales and business development teams, build customer relationships, and help achieve sales, market share, and customer satisfaction goals.

Sources and prices large project bids, prepares quotation packages, gathers market information, and coordinates with internal departments. The role manages customer timelines, supports revenue and margin goals, builds vendor relationships, contributes to new and existing business, and collaborates with credit, management, and legal teams on terms and conditions.
