Manage customer orders and pump repair projects from release through purchasing, fabrication, testing, shipment, documentation, invoicing readiness, and closeout. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, supplier and customer coordination, order-entry support, project communications, reporting, process compliance, material movement, delivery accuracy, and identifying operational efficiencies. The role also supports sales and project teams while maintaining strong customer service and profitability objectives.
