Support SOX controls, audits, documentation, training, production changes, and system enhancements across SAP and connected modules.

Supports recruiting, onboarding, and talent management operations by coordinating job postings, screenings, interviews, background checks, communications, documentation, and ATS compliance. Tracks talent metrics, recruiting campaign outcomes, retention and performance trends, administers the referral bonus program, produces HR reports, and contributes to process improvements, audits, system implementations, and other talent-related projects.

Manages customer orders and in-shop pump repair projects from release through purchasing, fabrication, testing, shipment, documentation, invoicing readiness, and closeout. Coordinates suppliers, internal teams, customers, and third parties; leads project calls, expedites materials and paperwork, provides reporting, ensures SOP compliance, improves efficiency, and maintains on-time delivery and order accuracy while supporting profitability and customer satisfaction.
