Provide Tier-3 DevOps support for customer deployments, install and configure Microsoft-based infrastructure, monitor and tune systems, run security scans, create and run PowerShell scripts, document environments, troubleshoot applications and networks, and collaborate with project teams to maintain production and test systems.

Design, prototype, and implement user interfaces and reusable component libraries. Lead usability feedback, mentor junior designers, research and recommend UI frameworks, and translate business requirements into complete user narratives while collaborating with developers and clients.

Maintain and configure client-specific knowledgebases, document and translate regulatory and user requirements, test business process logic, support Level I help desk, and collaborate with project teams to implement updates reflecting FAR and acquisition policy changes.
