Engage stakeholders and customers, analyze feedback and market trends, manage Agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban, and balance technical constraints with business impact.

Designs scalable cloud and on-premises systems, integration standards, microservices, and low-level architectures. Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives, recommend tooling, improve development and deployment workflows, and ensure security, performance, and scalability. Supports technical troubleshooting, estimation, delivery oversight, reporting, and adoption of cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and event-driven architecture practices.
