Leads Dispatch’s talent acquisition strategy and recruiting team across scientific, clinical, technical, and corporate functions. Owns end-to-end hiring, workforce planning, employer brand, candidate experience, compensation offers, recruiting systems, metrics, vendors, budget, compliance, and diverse sourcing. Advises senior leaders, builds scalable processes and interviewer training, manages Greenhouse and recruiting technology, and personally conducts senior and difficult searches in a high-growth biotech environment.

Owns the company-wide IT and digital strategy for a clinical-stage biotech, including applications, data governance, information security, cloud infrastructure, AI adoption, IT operations, vendor and MSP management, budgets, and audit readiness. Partners with scientific, clinical, regulatory, quality, and finance teams to enable scalable, compliant technology across Philadelphia and San Francisco offices.

Owns the operational backbone of People & Culture across benefits, compensation, HR systems, performance cycles, onboarding, employee communications, immigration, and multi-state compliance. The role designs scalable processes, administers HR technology, manages vendors, supports employees, builds compensation infrastructure, and partners with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Facilities across Philadelphia and San Francisco. It combines strategic program design with hands-on execution in a fast-growing biotech company.
