The Staff Fullstack Engineer will set the technical direction for Dispatch's platform, ship complex systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally. They should have deep fullstack expertise and extensive experience in high-scale production systems.

Lead end-to-end design for core data and custodian workflows, crafting complex, data-dense UX for financial advisors. Drive discovery, define requirements, produce high-fidelity designs, build and maintain design system components, run research and usability testing, and collaborate closely with product and engineering through implementation.

Lead a product engineering team responsible for core user workflows and data orchestration. Own end-to-end engineering execution, hiring, roadmap sequencing with Product, incident response, and cross-functional coordination. Hire and develop engineers, remove execution friction, improve reliability, and drive tooling and automation to accelerate delivery.
