The Front of House Manager oversees daily operations, ensures exceptional guest experiences, trains staff, and maintains service standards in a full-service restaurant.

Lead Front of House shifts by supporting service (orders, drinks, running food), managing shift flow and FOH/BOH communication, coaching team during peaks, opening/closing per procedures, handling minor guest recovery, and modeling cleanliness and hospitality.

The Front of House Leader manages restaurant operations, ensures excellent guest service, trains staff, and coordinates between front and back teams.
