Provide first- and second-line desk-side and remote IT support for global offices: troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage user accounts and permissions (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Azure AD), maintain endpoints and MDM, handle onboarding/offboarding, monitor ticket queues, document systems, and collaborate with IT engineers to improve support processes and user experience.

Lead full-stack development and optimization of a customer-facing commercial platform. Manage releases and roadmap, mentor junior developers, build APIs and Vue frontend components, integrate with business systems, collaborate with UX, data and support teams, perform code reviews, troubleshooting and deployments, and break features into implementable tasks.

Own positioning, messaging and go-to-market for Disguise’s software-led platform. Lead software launches, drive adoption and recurring revenue, create sales enablement (decks, playbooks, training), partner with Product/Engineering and Content to develop customer case studies, and act as voice of the customer to ensure messaging resonates globally.
