Disguise Benefits Overview

Generates and qualifies EMEA sales leads through calls, email, social selling, events, and inbound follow-up. The role manages pipeline and activity KPIs, conducts discovery meetings and product demonstrations, communicates value propositions, handles objections, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with sales and global teams to create qualified opportunities. It also requires developing product and industry knowledge and attending approximately two to four industry events annually.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, schemas, and integrations across APIs, databases, and streaming platforms. Monitor data quality, optimize data architecture, and provide reliable datasets for analysts and stakeholders. The role also contributes to engineering best practices, CI/CD, infrastructure, and knowledge sharing.

Provides frontline technical support for Disguise software and hardware to touring production professionals in Nashville. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and server issues, maintaining demo systems, managing high-priority customer cases, hosting visiting crews, delivering training and workshops, building community relationships, representing Disguise at industry events, and reporting product issues and field insights to internal teams.
