Oversee daily aquarium operations, including aquatic animal and plant care, exhibit life-support maintenance, water-quality testing, aquaculture, quarantine support, diving, and emergency response. Serve as Dive Safety Officer by managing dive policies, equipment, inspections, inventories, schedules, and diver certifications. Train staff, interns, and volunteers; support educational programming; maintain operational records; and independently manage aquarium operations when necessary.

Lead accounting operations for a nonprofit: oversee reconciliations, A/R, payroll reviews, financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, grant and event revenue accounting, supervise a Senior Accountant, and improve processes.
