Advises senior leaders, develops competency frameworks, analyzes workforce data, supports performance management, and drives inclusive workplace practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Leads museum operations while delivering educational programs, demonstrations, camps, and visitor experiences. Serves as Manager on Duty, coordinating staff, enforcing procedures, handling cash and admissions, addressing customer concerns, monitoring exhibits and safety, managing supplies, and supporting front-line service. The role also facilitates animal encounters, special events, school programs, and interactive science activities for diverse audiences.

Provides daily care for aquarium, rainforest, and other live exhibits, including preparing animal diets, maintaining life-support systems, collecting biological data, and supporting educational programs. Assists with exhibit improvements, aquarium feeding, specimen preparation, volunteer coordination, and live animal shows. The role requires swimming, SCUBA equipment operation, climbing, lifting, and working around water, chemicals, mechanical equipment, and heights.
