Lead development and execution of LC-HRMS metabolite identification and biotransformation studies. Develop/optimize sample preparation and analytical workflows, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation, interpret complex MS/MS data, prepare scientific reports, and mentor laboratory staff while collaborating with Study Directors and sponsors.

Provide global leadership for pathology within Tissue Biomarker Services, harmonizing processes and standards, leading assay development/validation and clinical trial pathology, serving as Laboratory Director/PI, supporting clients and business development, and building a high-performing global pathology team across regions.

The VP of Pathology will lead a global pathology team, manage resources, optimize processes, and oversee the quality of pathology deliverables, including clinical trials and project evaluations.
