Supports business development by building customer relationships, managing sales opportunities and pipelines, coordinating feasibility assessments and proposals, and driving new and repeat business within an assigned territory. The role partners with business development, marketing, and scientific teams to address customer needs and advance projects. It requires strong communication, organization, presentation, prioritization, and life sciences knowledge. The position is remote within U.S. Eastern or Central time zones and requires less than 5% travel.

Reviews pathology reports and medical records to identify FFPE tissue samples meeting research requirements. Analyzes and validates diagnoses, staging, treatment history, and biomarker data in Salesforce. Collaborates with histopathology teams and clinical sites on sample procurement, inventory, shipment preparation, reporting, and customer updates while maintaining accurate, organized clinical records.

Lead cybersecurity operations and GRC activities, including incident response, vulnerability management, audit readiness, risk tracking, third-party assessments, policy management, and compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GxP, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11. Administer security controls, coordinate penetration testing and remediation, improve automation, prepare executive reporting, and partner with IT, Legal, Privacy, Quality, HR, and business stakeholders.
