Creates cases and manages batches in a whole-slide imaging platform, maintains HIPAA compliance, updates spreadsheets and reports, and collaborates with pathologists, laboratory teams, project managers, IT, clients, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain accurate inventory and service quality.

Develop and close new and repeat business for genomics, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry services. Prospect pharma and biotech customers, present scientific solutions, coordinate strategic meetings with senior leaders, manage a 25–50+ opportunity pipeline, advance deals, report market intelligence, and collaborate with scientific, feasibility, marketing, and sales teams to win projects.

Develop and execute territory sales strategies for biospecimen and cellular products serving biopharma, translational, and clinical research customers. Prospect new accounts, manage a pipeline of approximately 100 opportunities, conduct customer visits and networking, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with scientific, project management, operations, and marketing teams to close business and achieve revenue quotas.
