Discovery Land Benefits Overview

Maintain employee data across Workday, Sisqual, and Primavera; manage HR records, time and attendance, absences, reports, dashboards, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee support. The role ensures data accuracy, resolves system discrepancies, supports HR administration, and responds to employee and manager queries while following procedures and deadlines.

Designs and facilitates employee training, onboarding, service excellence, compliance, and brand culture programs. Manages LMS administration, external training suppliers, schedules, learning materials, budgets, dashboards, and training effectiveness reporting. Supports employee engagement and employer branding through internal content, campaigns, employee journey touchpoints, surveys, and feedback analysis. Requires strong communication, facilitation, organization, digital learning, and bilingual English-Portuguese skills, ideally within hospitality.

Administer employee benefits programs, maintain accurate Workday and HRIS data, manage open enrollment, ensure ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and FMLA compliance, resolve employee and vendor inquiries, analyze utilization trends, and support benefits, wellness, and HR initiatives.
