Supports biweekly payroll processing, payroll records, adjustments, reconciliations, journal entries, and employee payroll inquiries. Performs bookkeeping and accounting for multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, budgeting, variance analysis, and treasury support. Assists with payroll system testing, audits, financial projects, and operational metric analysis.

Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and safety across kitchens and back-of-house areas. Supports kitchen setup, service, breakdown, events, equipment and plateware inventory, linen management, waste removal, and culinary staff as needed. Requires food safety awareness, physical stamina, teamwork, professionalism, and flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions.

Leads daily children’s snowsports lesson operations, organizes classes and schedules, mentors instructors, ensures lesson quality and safety, communicates with parents, and supports staffing, events, training, and resort programs. The role requires advanced skiing or snowboarding proficiency, PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification, strong leadership, and the ability to work outdoors in varied mountain conditions.
