Manage day-to-day accounts receivable: collect payments, apply cash, monitor invoices and customer portals, respond to billing inquiries, and prepare AR aging reports and analyses.

Provide phone, chat and email technical support for the DISCO e-discovery platform; troubleshoot data files, browser/network and SaaS issues; create custom reports (Quicksite, Kibana, Excel); escalate and collaborate with engineering; mentor junior analysts; contribute product feedback and documentation to improve the platform.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for DISCO's legal tech products. Gather customer insights, prioritize requirements, collaborate with engineering/design, launch features, and measure adoption to drive product-market fit and business outcomes.
