Lead and coordinate DRC's litigation practice: set organization-wide litigation strategy, mentor and supervise litigation attorneys, oversee complex cases, coordinate amicus activity, build partnerships, manage litigation budget and compliance, provide technical litigation support and training, and represent DRC externally.

Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, grant compliance, financial reporting, payroll, cash management and audits. Lead and mentor accounting staff, support budgeting and fiscal projections, and partner with senior leadership and the Board to maintain organizational fiscal health.
