Manage Aptura and Capital projects ($15K–$1M) from kickoff to close: pricing, quoting, procurement, order coordination, change management, shipment tracking, customer communication, and project closeout while collaborating with sales, designers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet scope, timeline, budget, and profitability goals.

Leads the design, development, and scaling of AI-enhanced applications, APIs, microservices, and automation frameworks. Integrates LLMs, generative AI, computer vision, chatbots, agentic workflows, and autonomous systems into production products. Establishes AI-first engineering practices, optimizes model costs and performance, implements observability, and mentors engineers. The role also influences architecture, technical strategy, business trade-offs, and adoption of AI-powered development tools in an agile environment.

Own and grow a defined territory of Senior Living customers via proactive inside sales: drive recurring supply sales and capital equipment projects, maintain high outbound activity, use AI-enabled tools and analytics, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop strategic growth plans to meet revenue and margin targets.
