Deliver procurement and spend management consulting services for DSSI customers, including platform implementation, supplier integration, formulary management, compliance controls, approval workflows, GL coding, budget controls, user training, and ongoing procurement roadmaps. Partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities and drive adoption.

Leads Finance Business Partnership across the organization, advising executives and General Managers on performance, resource allocation, ROI, investment decisions, and technology economics. Partners with the CIO and Technology leadership, evaluates technology and AI investments, strengthens forecasting and accountability, drives finance transformation, and develops senior Finance leaders and teams.

Supports TELS Platform implementations, customer onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and user training. Resolves customer and stakeholder requests, diagnoses needs, coordinates solutions across internal teams, manages rollout preparation, analyzes feedback and usage trends, maintains training materials, and recommends process improvements that enhance adoption, self-service, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
