Serves as the primary subject matter expert for payroll, benefits, and HR operations while supporting employees and partnering with vendors and hiring managers.

Develops B2B referral relationships with medical practices and self-insured companies for orthopedic, pain management, and physical therapy services. Generates new business, expands existing accounts, facilitates and tracks referrals, maintains lead scoreboards, reports referral metrics, and supports regional expansion. Requires an independent, organized sales professional comfortable with accountability, healthcare referral workflows, patient management systems, and performance goals.
