Manages Azure infrastructure hosting SaaS applications, APIs, mobile apps, and databases. Builds cloud automation, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security, and zero-downtime deployment capabilities. Supports customer environments, provisioning, upgrades, incident response, and on-call operations while collaborating with development and operations teams. Mentors DevOps engineers and promotes DevOps practices across the organization.

Leads architectural design and implementation of scalable, highly available software solutions. Designs and develops .NET applications, resolves complex technical challenges, guides technology selection, and serves as the final escalation point for production issues. Collaborates with software development, QA, and DevOps teams; researches new technologies; prototypes solutions; mentors engineers; promotes Agile and ITIL best practices; and supports cybersecurity, vulnerability prevention, monitoring, and incident response.
