Serve Diptyque customers at Harrods by delivering exceptional luxury beauty and fragrance experiences, achieving sales KPIs, maintaining customer records, supporting visual merchandising and events, and keeping the counter and back-of-house areas to a high standard. The role requires product knowledge, strong customer service, sales performance, flexibility across London locations, and compliance with company and host-store policies.

Supports and improves core business applications across retail, e-commerce, finance, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include ERP, POS, EDI, and WMS support; incident triage; vendor coordination; interface monitoring; data reconciliation; master data updates; testing; documentation; and project execution support. The role investigates recurring issues, coordinates enhancements and deployments, supports users, and drives process improvements and system reliability.
