Owns day-to-day HR operations for Hong Kong and Macao, including compensation and benefits, payroll, HRIS administration, people analytics, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance cycles, engagement, office administration, and HR projects. The role independently manages Workday data, statutory payroll compliance, reconciliations, reporting, employee records, and coordination with Paris headquarters and Greater China talent initiatives.

Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, quarterly reforecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, margin and inventory analysis, Opex and Capex oversight, KPI development, and strategic decision support. The role manages three FP&A managers, improves ERP and financial processes, ensures controls and policy compliance, partners with cross-functional teams and France headquarters, and supports executive planning and profitable growth.

The Demand Planner develops monthly consensus forecasts, analyzes sales trends and demand drivers, maintains AGR forecasting data, and monitors forecast accuracy. The role manages weekly retail orders, product launch and channel allocations, non-saleable inventory forecasts, excess and obsolete inventory reduction, and performance reporting. It partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and the France-based demand planning team to improve product availability and business decisions.
