Manages end-to-end export orders for Italy’s retail and wholesale channels, including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, stock allocation, regulatory registrations, client coordination, claims, reporting, forecasts, and payment collection. The role supports product launches, maintains account master data and pricing, coordinates warehouses and transport providers, monitors cosmetic and perfume compliance, and reconciles receivables with accounting.

Support sales growth and brand development across South Korea’s domestic and duty-free markets. Coordinate with headquarters and the local distributor to monitor KPIs, improve sales performance, maintain merchandising standards, optimize stock and assortments, train and coach retail teams, oversee customer experience initiatives, track competition, and coordinate after-sales feedback. The role is based in Seoul and requires regular travel within South Korea.

Supports accounting operations for U.S. and Canadian entities, focusing on bank, retail, and eCommerce reconciliations. Investigates transaction discrepancies across Shopify, POS, payment processors, and ERP systems; manages cash, merchant fees, chargebacks, credit cards, and expenses. Assists with month-end close, journal entries, audits, ERP enhancements, and process improvements while partnering with IT and business teams.
