Provides behind-the-scenes parish administration, including database management, spreadsheets, policy maintenance, staff onboarding, scheduling, records retention, purchasing support, parking management, event coordination, offertory administration, and ministry scheduling. The role also supports parish staff, coordinates religious and educational programs, maintains sacramental records, and manages merchandise and facility-related processes during a weekday schedule.

Manages parish financial records, bookkeeping, payroll, cash flow, budgeting, financial reporting, personnel processes, office administration, records, facilities use, contracts, and coordination with diocesan and parish leadership.

The Director of Music & Liturgy prepares liturgical music, trains musicians, manages staff, and coordinates worship services and special events.

Supports the Controller and CFO by preparing accurate, timely financial reports for the Diocese. Assists with month-end and year-end close processes, general ledger reconciliations, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. The role requires strong analytical, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and self-direction while collaborating with diocesan stakeholders. Limited travel within the Diocese may be necessary.
