Collaborate with the Director to administer Hispanic ministry initiatives across the diocese: promote pastoral plans, support clergy and parish leaders, coordinate events and training, manage communications and administrative tasks, and foster intercultural competence while providing bilingual (English/Spanish) ministry support.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Office of Finance and Director of Facilities and Risk Management: calendar and travel coordination, meeting planning and materials, correspondence, webpage updates, document retention, credit card and purchase request processing, assist parishes with insurance, and process cash/checks as needed.
