Teams at Diocese of Austin Catholic Schools

Manage and maintain school IT infrastructure and cybersecurity; administer Google Workspace and Chromebooks; provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students; coordinate vendors and campus systems (security cameras, access controls, telephony, HVAC controls); oversee backups, licensing, inventories, purchasing, and long-range technology planning while supporting the school's mission.

Provide administrative financial support to the Controller: manage FACTS billing and payments, process accounts payable/receivable, reconcile event cash, maintain finance records, liaise on budgets, and support school business operations in accordance with diocesan policies.

Assist the PE/classroom teacher by preparing instructional materials, supervising and supporting students in learning activities, performing clerical tasks, maintaining records, and upholding Catholic school mission and policies. Complete required diocesan trainings and certifications and support school events and occasional travel.
