Own the organization’s information security and compliance program, including AWS and identity security, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, vendor risk, incident response, and launch readiness. Lead AI governance, tool approval, AI development pipeline guardrails, and regulatory monitoring. Partner with engineering and product on secure integrations, APIs, platform architecture, and technology roadmaps while documenting policies and advising leadership.

Build and operate a banking platform across Flutter mobile, React web, AWS infrastructure, and GitHub Actions CI/CD. Develop AI-powered features with Claude, establish secure and compliant engineering practices, and manage integrations with banking platforms, payment rails, and fintech APIs. Work directly with partners and clients to deploy, troubleshoot, and improve products in the field. The role is on-site in Charlotte with periodic travel and requires production software experience, financial services knowledge, and strong client-facing communication.

Own end-to-end QA strategy for mobile and web applications as an individual contributor. Build and maintain balanced automated and manual testing, establish smoke and regression suites, integrate quality gates into GitHub CI/CD, manage defects and traceability in Jira, and report quality risks to leadership. The role partners with engineering, product, design, and program management while introducing AI-assisted testing practices in a regulated fintech environment.
