Manages quality assurance, compliance, service improvement, and workforce efficiency across business units in North America and Europe. Implements security and regulatory compliance programs, trains service quality personnel, supports multinational customer system integration, and partners with sales and marketing to maintain customer business and KPI compliance. Assesses customer needs, analyzes trends, identifies pain points, and recommends operational improvements within international freight forwarding operations.

Supervise U.S. trade compliance and quality assurance activities for customs brokerage and logistics operations. Support HTS classification, valuation, country of origin, tariffs, export controls, sanctions, CTPAT, and ISO compliance. Advise customers and internal teams, monitor regulatory changes, conduct compliance reviews, identify duty-saving opportunities, develop training, support proposals, and implement corrective actions to improve brokerage quality and service performance.

Develops new freight-forwarding business, identifies markets, generates leads, secures customers, manages client relationships, tracks sales KPIs, and drives revenue growth. The role requires international freight-forwarding and sales expertise, strong communication, knowledge of Asian markets, and the ability to promote sales excellence and lead a team.
