Leads creative strategy, ideation, client presentations, and execution for sports and entertainment experiences. Manages creative teams, mentors staff, maintains quality standards, coordinates with engineering, fabrication, and digital teams, and protects creative vision through project delivery. Builds client relationships, supports business development, contributes to proposals and budgets, monitors deadlines, and champions innovative storytelling, technology integration, and fan experiences. Travel and short-notice client support may be required.

Supports client and internal projects through prototyping, physical mockups, CAD, digital fabrication, materials research, testing, documentation, and iterative problem-solving. The intern collaborates with design, engineering, technology, and fabrication teams while exploring new tools, technologies, workflows, and manufacturing methods.

Supports DI’s marketing team by creating and editing content for social media, email, web, internal communications, events, and sales collateral. The intern will help develop campaigns, capture photo and video content, update digital channels, track performance, contribute ideas, and support evolving marketing initiatives. The role provides hands-on experience with storytelling, brand voice, integrated campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.
