Leads the hotel’s sales and marketing department, developing revenue strategies, overseeing promotional initiatives, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. The role supervises sales performance, supports business development, analyzes market trends, prepares forecasts and reports, represents the hotel at industry events, and coordinates with operations for successful events and group execution.

Supports hotel housekeeping by cleaning public areas, removing trash, delivering linens and supplies, assisting room attendants, maintaining storage spaces, responding to guest requests, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. The role requires dependable, physically active work, attention to detail, flexibility for all shifts, and availability on weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

Supervise and support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, service recovery, cashiering, billing, and basic audits. Coach and train team members, coordinate shift coverage, enforce procedures and brand standards, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to management and other departments. Deliver welcoming guest experiences while resolving concerns professionally and working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
