Leads sales and marketing activities for two Austin hotel properties. Develops revenue plans, oversees marketing campaigns, manages key accounts, prospects for business, analyzes market performance, prepares forecasts and budgets, represents the hotels at industry and community events, and recruits and coaches sales staff. Collaborates with hotel operations and revenue management teams to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest experiences, and market share.

Provides administrative and sales support across multiple hotel properties. Responsibilities include preparing contracts and proposals, maintaining calendars, customer databases and sales records, handling communications, coordinating site visits and meetings, entering CRM data, supporting lead management, and assisting with reporting and office duties. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, hospitality or administrative experience, technology proficiency, teamwork, and a valid driver's license.
