Coordinates small to mid-size meetings and group events from inquiry through execution. Responsibilities include managing bookings, contracts, event orders, room setups, A/V and food-and-beverage requirements, client communication, site tours, records, and coordination with banquet, culinary, catering, and operations teams. The role also supports exceptional guest service, revenue goals, and smooth event delivery in a hotel environment.

Supports hotel finance leadership by overseeing accounting operations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash controls, compliance, audits, procurement, and vendor processes. Partners with department leaders to analyze financial performance, explain variances, and guide business decisions while maintaining accurate internal controls and adherence to company and brand standards.

Support housekeeping by maintaining clean public areas, removing trash, delivering linens and supplies, assisting room attendants and deep-clean projects, responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and supporting daily operations.
