Packages coffee products by labeling, weighing, filling, sealing, staging, and inspecting bags for quality and accuracy. Operates grinders, flavoring equipment, packaging machinery, and forklifts. Maintains a clean and safe workspace, follows company safety guidelines, and assists other departments as needed.

Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across restrooms, offices, breakrooms, training spaces, warehouses, and other facility areas. Collects waste, performs floor care, responds to spills, restocks supplies, supports events, and assists with non-technical maintenance tasks. Tracks custodial inventory and helps organize storage. The role requires independent work, physical activity, lifting, ladder use, and collaboration across departments.
