Design, build, and scale Lini-powered AI features across the DiliTrust suite. Own API and frontend integrations, collaborate with ML and product teams, address LLM integration, context management and scalability, write tested maintainable code, uphold engineering standards, participate in reviews, and unblock cross-team dependencies.

Lead and grow a squad building and operating the Lini AI platform: translate model capabilities into product features, own architecture and delivery, manage cross-team coordination, enforce engineering standards, hire and mentor engineers, and contribute code (~30% time).

Lead pre-sales for enterprise LegalTech: qualify prospects, craft RFP/RFI responses, deliver demos and PoVs, translate legal needs into platform solutions, and support proposal and ROI development while collaborating with Product and R&D.
