Oversee LLM integration, context management, deployment, observability, hiring, roadmap initiatives, code reviews, and career development while remaining hands-on with coding.

Owns end-to-end production and editorial quality for B2B technology content, including articles, thought leadership, customer stories, product content, landing pages, emails, video scripts, and campaigns. Responsibilities include SEO-led writing, interviews, editing, publication in WordPress and HubSpot, content adaptation, freelancer management, brand governance, AI workflow improvement, and process optimization.

Support enterprise sales by qualifying prospects, analyzing functional and technical needs, responding to RFPs, creating tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value environments, and translating legal department requirements into SaaS solutions. Develop value propositions, commercial proposals, ROI use cases, and sales enablement materials while collaborating with Product and R&D. The role requires legal-sector knowledge, B2B SaaS complex-sales experience, and at least five years in a customer-facing software or consulting role.
