Manage full-cycle recruiting across international offices, develop sourcing strategies for technical and business roles, partner with hiring managers, attract passive candidates, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, and improve recruiting processes, documentation, ATS tooling, and hiring efficiency. The role also involves candidate coaching, closing strategies, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Manage strategic SaaS onboarding projects lasting three to twelve months, coordinating resources, timelines, customers, and internal teams. Lead change management, application configuration, customer training, data migration, interface implementation, and agile delivery. Build trusted client relationships, connect technical experts with stakeholders, resolve project bottlenecks, and develop expertise in corporate law, contract and litigation management, and governance workflows.
