Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Stewardship Intelligence, a governance and capital-markets data product. Manage Product Management and Research teams, improve dataset quality and coverage, scale research operations through automation and AI, and partner with Engineering, UX, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Translate institutional investor and corporate issuer needs into product priorities, launches, data services, and ongoing improvements.

Supports revenue growth by applying Risk & Audit domain and product expertise throughout complex sales cycles. Partners with Account Executives on discovery, account planning, proposals, presentations, solution positioning, prospect engagement, pipeline generation, forecasting, and CRM management. Tailors Diligent One Platform solutions to customer needs, influences stakeholders through credible insight, and shares product knowledge and best practices with the broader sales organization.

Deliver GRC SaaS professional services, configure and implement Diligent products, guide customers on governance, risk, audit, and compliance best practices, and support customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to manage service requests, ensure quality delivery, lead customer workshops, and achieve strong client outcomes.
