Teams at Diligent

The Solutions Engineer II will aid Sales by demonstrating Diligent's compliance solutions, partnering with stakeholders, designing solutions, and providing domain expertise in governance and compliance.

Provide Tier I bilingual (Spanish/English) phone and CRM-based technical support for SaaS users, diagnose connectivity and login issues, escalate priority problems, follow standard procedures, document call transactions, and collaborate with Customer Success and ProdOps to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Design and build internal developer tooling, automations, and integrations to improve developer workflows (local dev, code review, testing, CI/CD, releases). Instrument toolchains for engineering metrics, build shared templates/plugins/CLIs, integrate AI-assisted development tools, and partner with teams to remove bottlenecks and define scalable best practices across the SDLC.
