Make system-design and security trade-offs with engineers, drive internal adoption of modern identity APIs, prototype with AI coding tools, track IAM standards, and translate complex protocols into specs and prioritized backlogs.

Deliver engaging product training (virtual, webinar, group, and in-person), create learning content and training videos, log training activities, handle client training queries, and occasionally travel for workshops or internal meetings to drive product adoption and CSAT.

Lead product vision and roadmap for B2B SaaS offerings. Conduct customer and market research, prioritize backlog, define success metrics, coordinate cross-functional launches, and drive adoption through stakeholder engagement.
