Partners with sales teams and customers to understand business needs, design aligned technology solutions, deliver consultative software demonstrations, and support complex SaaS sales cycles. Presents to operational and executive audiences, collaborates with Product Management, shares market feedback, and represents the company at events and webinars. The role focuses on Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions and requires strong technical communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Design, deploy, troubleshoot, and support highly available enterprise, data center, and private cloud networks. Manage Cisco routing and switching platforms, Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and F5 load balancers. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, modernization initiatives, documentation, and network standards while collaborating with security, cloud, and operations teams.

Provide phone and email technical support for a large SaaS platform, troubleshoot and reproduce web application issues, escalate product bugs to Tier 2/product teams, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems while maintaining clear communication and documentation.
