Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable cloud-native services. Shape architecture and technical direction across teams, own complex initiatives end-to-end, drive responsible AI adoption, improve reliability and developer experience, and mentor engineers to raise technical standards.

Lead design and deliver end-to-end fullstack features using Angular frontends and C#/.NET cloud-native services on AWS. Mentor engineers, influence architecture, apply AI-assisted tools responsibly, contribute to testing, CI/CD, and cross-team delivery while owning services through production.

Provide Tier 1 phone-based technical and customer support: triage and resolve software/Internet/connectivity/login issues, document CRM tickets, escalate per process, follow up with customers, and coordinate with Customer Success and ProdOps to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
