The role is field-based with approximately 75% travel.

Own executive relationships and performance across hospital accounts operating Moxi robot fleets. Lead business reviews, communicate value using utilization and reliability data, diagnose underperformance, manage improvement projects, resolve issues cross-functionally, train clinical teams, activate new use cases, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires strong data fluency, executive presence, project management, ownership, and adaptability in an ambiguous, highly travel-intensive environment.
