Own end-to-end recruiting across consulting, GTM, engineering, and operations while building the company’s people function. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, candidate closing, onboarding, people administration in Rippling, payroll and benefits coordination, work authorization and immigration support, policy maintenance, and performance and development processes. The role partners closely with founders and hiring managers in a hands-on, high-ownership environment.

Develops and expands relationships with private equity funds, identifies deal-driven research opportunities, conducts targeted outreach, supports proposals and sales follow-up, maintains account plans and CRM data, and partners with marketing and delivery teams to build qualified pipeline. The role requires private equity fluency, commercial judgment, polished communication, analytical organization, initiative, persistence, and comfort using AI tools.

Own the full sales cycle for private equity clients, from account strategy and outreach through discovery, proposals, negotiation, closing, and expansion. Build qualified pipeline, win new accounts, grow existing relationships, and establish a repeatable commercial playbook. The role requires personally carrying quota while partnering with founders and delivery leaders to shape engagements and improve CRM discipline, forecasting, messaging, and handoffs.
