Provides first- and second-level application support for LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Responsibilities include logging, triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests; supporting configuration changes, user issues, and data fixes; documenting solutions; maintaining knowledge articles; escalating complex issues; and collaborating with analysts, consultants, and developers. The role also contributes to root cause analysis, service improvements, and ongoing ERP capability development.

Support and maintain client network infrastructure in an MSP environment. Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues; support Azure networking components including VNets and NSGs; monitor performance; resolve outages and escalations; and collaborate with systems engineers. The role also requires clear communication with technical and non-technical users, proactive issue prevention, and support for remote and field-based teams.

Provide L2/L3 technical support across multiple client environments in a managed services setting. Resolve escalated Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, backup, and business continuity issues; manage tickets through resolution; support monitoring, patching, and remote administration; document solutions; perform root cause analysis; assist with L1 tickets; and mentor junior engineers. The role also contributes to maintenance, technical projects, escalations, and proactive improvements.
