Design, build, optimize, test, deploy, document, and support workflow automations and system integrations across client environments. Reverse-engineer existing workflows, integrate SaaS platforms through APIs and middleware, implement monitoring and exception handling, and develop reusable automation components. Gather requirements, translate business processes into solutions, create client-ready documentation, troubleshoot integration issues, and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders while owning workstreams independently.

Design responsive HubSpot websites, landing pages, email templates, and print and digital marketing assets. Develop visual concepts from creative briefs, maintain quality and brand consistency, manage deadlines, collaborate with internal teams, and communicate with clients. The role requires graphic, web, email, branding, UI, and user-centered design expertise, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, HTML/CSS, HubSpot, and AI design tools.

Supports talent acquisition operations, including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, tracking, reporting, and process improvement. Assists with employer branding, recruitment marketing, university and community engagement, career content, recruitment events, campaigns, hiring announcements, and documentation. The role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders to improve candidate experience and support efficient hiring delivery.
