Post-sales technical owner who designs and implements AI-driven e-commerce customer service automations: configure workflows, build APIs and integrations, write Python for extensions, prompt and evaluate LLM components, lead implementations, troubleshoot cross-system issues, and collaborate with CSMs and Product to optimize automation and scale.
