Build Python-based serverless services on AWS (Lambda), extend AI-enabled features, ensure accessibility (WCAG AA), Core Web Vitals, security, and scalability. Provide production support, architect integrations with CRM/marketing platforms, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with architects, product, and clients on technical solutions and demos.

Serve as primary client partner for assigned accounts, managing relationships, performance reviews, and growth. Oversee digital media strategy across paid social, programmatic, search, and display, analyze campaign performance, present actionable insights, coordinate internal teams, and identify organic revenue opportunities while ensuring timely delivery and strong client communication.

The AI Solutions Associate supports AI initiatives, collaborates with teams to implement AI solutions, and promotes AI literacy while driving efficiency gains for clients and the agency.

Lead full‑stack Drupal development including building and upgrading Drupal 9/10 sites, custom module development, theme customization with Twig/CSS/JS, integrating external APIs and data sources, optimizing performance and following Drupal best practices from design through release.
