Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, motor controls, chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, EMS, and commercial kitchen equipment; respond to maintenance calls, read wiring schematics/blueprints, operate hand and power tools, and provide professional guest communication. Must handle lifting, variable shifts, and casino work environment.

Lead and manage the property's sales team to drive group and room sales, develop annual business and marketing plans, coordinate with revenue management and marketing, oversee proposals/contracts and event execution, prospect new business, and hit sales targets while aligning cross-department operations.
