Owns the B2C payments ecosystem across Stripe, Recurly, and PayPal. Responsibilities include improving authorization and conversion rates, deploying alternative payment methods, managing retries, disputes, chargebacks, fraud controls, PCI-DSS compliance, vendor relationships, pricing, analytics, and payment infrastructure projects. Partners with Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Commercial teams to optimize payment performance and implement process improvements.

Own and build Digital Science’s treasury, banking, and insurance function. Responsibilities include cash-flow monitoring and forecasting, cash pooling and intercompany loan reconciliations, payroll funding, foreign-exchange exposure reporting, banking relationships, insurance administration, process and control development, and treasury system improvements. The role reports to Finance leadership and liaises with group treasury. It requires strong treasury experience, NetSuite proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to establish scalable, audit-ready processes.

Leads enterprise B2B SaaS sales across Digital Science’s portfolio, from pipeline generation and opportunity qualification through value positioning, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution. Targets Life Sciences, BioPharma, and research-intensive enterprises, engaging executive, technical, and procurement stakeholders. The role requires communicating the business value of knowledge graphs, semantic layers, AI, and scientific data platforms while coordinating cross-selling, proposals, proofs of concept, and post-sale transitions. Travel of 20–40% is expected.
