Lead and scale a multi-year, multi-million dollar fundraising strategy; manage and mentor the development team; cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors, corporate and institutional funders; build donor pipelines, Salesforce-based systems, dashboards, and development operations; partner with CEO, Board, and Marketing to expand revenue channels and support organizational growth and community engagement.

Support People Operations with administrative HR tasks including scheduling, filing, audits, job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, new-hire paperwork, employee inquiries, event coordination, and HR reporting. Participate in team meetings, log work in PM tools, and engage in continuous HR learning.

Provide 1:1 career coaching and run workshops for youth (ages 14-24) across Modesto and Stockton; support member success by tracking qualitative and quantitative outcomes in internal systems; coordinate regional recruitment, program visibility, and events; assist with curriculum and occasional classroom instruction.
