Lead and scale a multi-year, multi-million dollar fundraising strategy; manage and mentor the development team; cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors, corporate and institutional funders; build donor pipelines, Salesforce-based systems, dashboards, and development operations; partner with CEO, Board, and Marketing to expand revenue channels and support organizational growth and community engagement.

Coordinate and improve regional career programs across multiple centers: plan large-scale events, develop implementation toolkits, track participation and outcomes, cultivate industry partnerships, support center teams in program delivery, and analyze data to inform continuous improvement and member navigation.

Support People Operations with administrative HR tasks including scheduling, filing, audits, job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, new-hire paperwork, employee inquiries, event coordination, and HR reporting. Participate in team meetings, log work in PM tools, and engage in continuous HR learning.
