Configure, support, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules across HR, payroll, talent, recruiting, reporting, security, integrations, and HR Help Desk services. Translate business requirements into configurations, reports, integrations, testing, and documentation. Troubleshoot Fast Formulas, SQL, data loads, workflows, interfaces, and application issues; manage quarterly update testing, incidents, service requests, vendor coordination, and process improvements.

Manage, retain, and grow enterprise key accounts while acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets. Build customer and supplier relationships, identify opportunities, develop sales plans, conduct field visits, coordinate marketing activity, resolve customer issues, and maintain accurate account and sales progress records in Salesforce. The role requires telecom and product knowledge, consultative selling, negotiation, deal-closing, risk management, customer care, reporting, and strong English communication skills.

Monitors SIEM and security tools, analyzes alerts and logs, validates potential threats, escalates incidents, prepares security reports, supports customer inquiries, and assists with SOC tools, dashboards, and processes under supervision.
