The Program Scientist bridges internal scientific teams with the glaciological community. Responsibilities include managing scientific programs and grants, building partnerships, coordinating proposal reviews, communicating research findings, advising on scientific strategy, supporting field planning, and organizing workshops and conferences. The role requires technical reporting, proposal writing, scientific communications, mapping and plotting, and travel to conferences, workshops, Antarctica, and other glaciated field sites.

The Chief Information Officer leads the nonprofit’s enterprise IT, technology strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, risk management, compliance, service delivery, and vendor relationships.
