Provide expert review and validation of AI-generated agricultural content (Q&A pairs and content cards), contribute to RLHF datasets and benchmarks, create and validate localized advisory content across crops, livestock, climate resilience and regenerative agriculture, and deliver monthly reports and approved content for deployment.

Manage U.S. full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, corporate card reconciliation, timesheet cost allocation, month-end close, GL reconciliations, inter-entity transfers, audit support, budgeting, internal controls, and finance system improvements to support global consolidation and grant reporting.

Lead performance marketing to drive farmer acquisition, activation, and retention across paid and owned channels. Plan and optimize campaigns (Google/Meta), manage influencers and partnerships, build engagement workflows in MoEngage and Plotline, run A/B experiments, analyze growth metrics (D7/D14/D30, CTR, churn), and localize content and campaigns for regional markets.

Lead end-to-end product experimentation for FarmerChat: design, implement and analyze A/B and multivariate tests; define hypotheses, metrics, and power analyses; translate quantitative results into product recommendations; establish experimentation standards and documentation; collaborate with user research, data insights, MEL, product, engineering, and country teams to improve onboarding, trust, and engagement in low-connectivity, low-literacy contexts.

Lead Digital Green's Nigeria strategy and country operations to scale FarmerChat. Build partnerships with government, donors, and private sector; adapt product to local languages and contexts; drive fundraising, team-building, compliance, and operational management to reach millions of smallholder farmers.

Design, build, and maintain BigQuery-based data pipelines and analytics foundations (ELT, dbt). Create dashboards and metrics tracking user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Stabilize infrastructure, partner with product/research/country teams, and establish analytics standards and recurring insights for leadership and donors.
