Design, develop, and maintain front-end (React/HTML/CSS) and back-end (Django/Python) web applications. Architect platforms, perform code/design reviews, interface with stakeholders, write documentation and tests, support deployments and system performance improvements, and build monitoring/automation tools.

Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy front-end web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React. Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and clients, participate in code/design reviews, write documentation and runbooks, build monitoring/automation tools, and support application infrastructure, deployments, and performance improvements.

Lead and guide a support engineering team to deploy, architect, maintain, and monitor Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments. Provide Tier 1–3 support, manage desktop and network infrastructure (Windows and Mac), coordinate client IT operations, participate in on-call rotation, and support client initiatives both remotely and on-premises.

Design, develop, maintain, and extend WordPress sites and plugins. Produce marketing and graphic design assets, support email and social campaigns, track competitor activity, and assist leadership with demand-generation events and campaign delivery. Support application performance, patching, and new development.

Lead new business development through proactive cold outreach to IT decision-makers and C-level executives. Build relationships, qualify opportunities, develop pipelines, prepare and present proposals, and close deals for cybersecurity, compliance, and related IT services. Maintain CRM, sales forecasts, milestones, and metrics while ensuring client retention and meeting or exceeding quota with uncapped commission.

Deploy, architect, maintain, and monitor Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments. Provide Tier 1–3 end-user and device support (Windows, Mac, mobile), participate in on-call rotation, lead IT projects, coordinate client IT operations, and engage with stakeholders for strategy and implementation.

Manage and deploy infrastructure across private and public clouds, maintain virtual and physical datacenter servers, support DevOps pipelines and containerized applications, monitor environments, perform routine maintenance and patching, participate in on-call rotation and vendor coordination.
