Lead pricing and analytics for telecom and cloud services: create pricing proposals, manage multiple pricing requests, support client business reviews, gather and validate data, coordinate renewals and contracts, and collaborate with sales and operations to drive client retention and revenue growth.

Serve as primary contact for telecom TEM clients, manage relationships, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues with internal teams, drive adoption, upsell, run QBRs, manage renewals and carrier contracts, and track success metrics.

Perform telecom account audits, analyze carrier invoices and CSRs, maintain inventory in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, present findings to clients, and support Sales and Operations with issue resolution and action tracking.
