Lead the frontend development of Sportsbook products, managing the product backlog, collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers, and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Manage a shift-based team in a live gaming and streaming environment. Responsibilities include setting goals, monitoring performance, tracking attendance and procedural compliance, preparing evaluations and reports, providing feedback, supporting training and development, managing daily activities, and motivating team members.

Leads the finance function and serves as a strategic partner to the CEO. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, dashboards, gaming-license compliance, audits, internal controls, and procurement oversight. The role manages the Finance and Procurement teams, drives cost control and accountability, and ensures accurate GGR/NGR reporting and player-fund segregation across multi-jurisdictional operations.
